We believe that shopping with us should be straightforward and hassle-free, which is why it is included in the product cost.

However we cannot guarantee that because of Brexit or other Customs / postal vagaries, that you won’t be asked to pay more on delivery - we are not liable for these costs.

Our aim is that your goods will be delivered within 3-11 working days (we cannot guarantee this though).

All deliveries are subject to SCREAM FOR THE OCEAN successfully receiving payment.

Delivery option excludes bank holidays and other public holidays.

We will endeavour to deliver your order in accordance with the delivery option you selected, however delivery timescales are indicative only.

Orders may be delivered in one or more packages.

We strive to ensure our delivery targets are met but sadly when they're not we're unable to accept liability for any out of pocket expenses incurred for failed or delayed orders.
